Each provider remains responsible for the services and obligations that are legally and contractually attributable to it.
Transportation Disclaimer
Where a third-party vehicle is arranged, the vehicle owner/operator and driver remain responsible for their respective legal and operational obligations.
Motor vehicle accident claims are governed by applicable motor vehicle law and insurance arrangements. The Motor Vehicles Act provides a statutory framework for third-party insurance and compensation claims.
The Route Holidays does not represent that an insurer will automatically pay every claim; the outcome depends on applicable law, the facts of the incident and the relevant policy.
Hotel Disclaimer
Hotel operations, housekeeping, room allocation, food preparation, maintenance, facilities and other hotel matters are controlled by the respective hotel, subject to the hotel’s obligations under applicable law.
Temple and Sightseeing Disclaimer
Darshan, crowd conditions, temple timings, security restrictions, local access and government/administrative restrictions may affect sightseeing and are not entirely within the control of The Route Holidays.
