Payment Policy

Welcome to The Route Holidays. This Payment Policy outlines the payment terms and conditions applicable to all tour packages, hotel bookings, cab services, flight bookings, and other travel-related services offered by us.

By confirming a booking with The Route Holidays, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.

Availability of hotels, vehicles, flights, and other services cannot be guaranteed until the advance payment has been successfully received.

2. Payment Schedule

To confirm your booking, payments must be made according to the following schedule:

Initial Booking

• 20% of the total package amount is payable at the time of booking confirmation.

Before Travel

• An additional 30% of the total package amount must be paid at least 4 days before the scheduled travel date.

Final Payment

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid at the time of hotel check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make payments within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure payment methods, including:

• UPI
• Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Other Online Payment Methods (where available)

Payment details will be shared by our team at the time of booking.

4. Payment Confirmation

After completing your payment, customers are requested to:

• Share the payment screenshot or transaction reference number via WhatsApp or Email.
• Wait for booking confirmation from The Route Holidays.

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after official confirmation from our team.

5. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
• Seasonal pricing, hotel availability, fuel prices, taxes, or supplier charges may affect package prices before confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, the agreed package price will remain applicable unless the customer requests modifications.

6. Late Payment

Failure to make payments within the specified timeline may result in:

• Cancellation of the booking.
• Release of hotel reservations.
• Loss of package availability.
• Revised package pricing based on current availability.

The Route Holidays shall not be responsible for price increases caused by delayed payments.

7. Additional Charges

The following charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions:

• Toll Tax
• Parking Charges
• State Entry Tax
• Monument Entry Fees
• Personal Expenses
• Extra Sightseeing
• Additional Hotel Services
• Extra Meals
• Room Upgrades
• Vehicle Upgrades

8. Booking Modifications

If you request changes after booking confirmation, additional payment may be required depending on:

• Hotel availability
• Vehicle availability
• Seasonal price changes
• Supplier charges

All modifications are subject to availability.

9. Payment Security

The Route Holidays uses secure payment methods.

We do not store your credit card, debit card, banking, or UPI credentials on our servers.

10. Refund of Payments

Refunds, wherever applicable, shall be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Processing charges, payment gateway charges, and banking charges may be deducted before issuing refunds.

11. Fraud Prevention

The Route Holidays reserves the right to:

• Verify payment details.
• Request identity verification where necessary.
• Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• Refuse bookings involving unauthorized payment methods.

12. Currency

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed by The Route Holidays.
